4. When will I receive my order?
We usually deliver within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city or town.
5. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! You can choose Cash on Delivery during checkout. For faster processing, you can also prepay via UPI, card, or wallet.
6. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll get a confirmation by SMS, email, and WhatsApp after placing your order. We’ll also notify you once it’s shipped.
7. Can I cancel my order?

8. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Don’t worry. Just record an unboxing video and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, no questions asked.
9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — only for damaged or wrong products. Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery along with an unboxing video.
